破败腐烂、混乱动荡，不安定因素在棚户区内如病毒般蔓延疯长。生如蝼蚁，活如敝履，棚户区居民在城镇的夹缝中艰难求生，在都市的罅隙里痛苦挣扎，在茫茫前路中孤独求索，在漫漫长夜里等待黎明曙光。天下虽安，忘民必危，城镇化改革路阻且长，任重道远。
安得广厦千万间，大庇天下寒士俱欢颜？在本次会议中，代表们将依据2015年中央城市工作会议精神，权衡国内外经济政治局势，就我国城镇化改革的具体措施进行深入讨论。代表们将以国务院决策者的身份，为共和国带来新的希望，引领中国民生广厦走向新的未来。

近年来，基础设施的不完善已经成为许多发展中国家难以突破的瓶颈。世界银行是全世界发展中国家获得资金与技术援助的一个重要来源。世行向发展中国家提供低息贷款、无息贷款和赠款，用于支持对教育、卫生、公共管理、基础设施、金融和私营部门发展、农业与环境和自然资源管理等诸多领域的投资。部分世行项目由政府、其它多边机构、商业银行等联合融资。世行也能通过政策建议、分析研究和技术援助等方式向发展中国家提供支持。
世界银行贷款项目的选定至关重要，能否从借款国众多的项目中选出可行的项目，直接关系到世界银行贷款业务的成败。本次会议使用具有竞争性质的项目审议议事规则、累计分数投票制、加权投票制等众多新颖的会议规则，尽力拟合现实世界。

1618年5月23日，当愤怒的波西米亚新教徒冲进皇宫，将皇帝的特使扔出窗外，一场史无前例的漫长战争开始了。没有人能预料到，一场由于宗教引起的内战，最终演变为欧洲列强之间的全面混战。
当战争失去了宗教作为最后的借口，这场持续了三十年之久的战争被后来人所记起的，与其说是战争的胜负，不如说是暴力的泛滥。正如德国诗人马丁·欧佩茨描述道：树木不再站立、花园变得荒凉，而镰刀与犁现在却变成了冰冷锋利的剑。
在本次会议中，各位代表将会以欧洲各邦国君主的身份讨论结束这场旷日持久的战争的方案。每一个决定都关联着错综复杂的家族关系，每一条款项都将成为未来欧洲国际公法和处理宗教关系的基础，一个新的外交时代将由这次威斯特伐利亚会议开启。各位代表，你们，在共同创造历史！

In advance of World AIDS Day, WHO has released new guidelines on HIV self-testing for the aim to improve access to and uptake of HIV diagnosis.
Between 2005 and 2015, the proportion of people with HIV learning of their status increased from 12% to 60% globally. This increase in HIV testing uptake worldwide has led to more than 80% of people diagnosed with HIV receiving ART. According to estimates by WHO and UNAIDS, 36.7 million people were living with HIV globally at the end of 2015. In the same year, there were approximately 2.1 million people becoming newly infected, and 1.1 million dying of HIV-related causes. More than 18 billion people access HIV treatment by mid-2016 whereas the world still needs to address critical gaps in prevention, testing and treatment service.
Now the door is open. Hundreds of thousands of people are under the torture of HIV throughout the world, looking forward to your support. WHO is a platform for you to demonstrate your talent and marvelous performance. The destiny and future of people worldwide are right in your hands. We are here to be with you.

In the near future, the advent of highly-developed biotechnology and Cyborg-technics has attracted wild attention of the international society. The Cyborg groups (the disabled or willing people remoulded with Cyborg technology which enables them to transcend ordinary people in the body and intelligence ) appear at the historic moment, whilst diverse voices revealing both positive and negative viewpoints towards Cyborg are promoting global movements. People wonder whether these epochal technology would bring incredible welfare to the disabled or result in disaster confrontation between ordinary people and Cyborg groups.
It is undeniable that the international society will be faced with difficulties even crisis in various areas, which includes, but are not limited to, potential discrimination against the human right of Cyborg groups, unfair competitions caused by distinctive physical abilities of the emerging groups, the critical development of these advanced technology in the field of medical treatment and the obstacles of legislation and ethical rules. The conference will be held at this historic moment, delegates of governments, technical corporations and experts in related areas, along with religious groups and people’s representatives will exert themselves to tackle these existing problems, and then formulate a program based on the consensus of participants.
